Considered felons by the government, these migrants fear detention, rape and robbery. Police and soldiers hunt them down at railroads, bus stations and fleabag hotels. Sometimes they are deported; more often officers simply take their money.

I especially like Vicente Fox’s quote: “We can’t infringe upon the right of people to move freely within our territory,” said Mexican President Vicente Fox during President George W. Bush’s recent visit.
So, what do we do? Well, it looks like our politicians do not have the gonads to make them felons or send them home. So, how’s about the idea that we tax (heavily) all of the cash leaving our country? Hmm?? In other words, if anyone, illegal or legal, sends cash to relatives back “home”, we take 50% of the money as a tax. You know, to help offset the costs for the schools, health care, roads, police, etc. that the illegals use BUT DO NOT PAY FOR! Oh, you say, they’ll just send it via coyotes or mail or whatever. Fine, but if they get caught, we take 100% of it AND deport them if they aren’t citizens. If they are citizens, we lock them up for a while so that they can think about life in the US. Harsh? No. But, to be fair, it really isn’t our country, for as the marchers say:
Their continent? Then “They” need to pay!!!
