So another week has passed

David Jennings · July 28, 2007 · Leave a Comment

by and the weekend is upon us. All in all, it was a very good week, even if it has rained so much I’m growing ducks feet. The ground actually stinks from the mold and such. But it is much better than a drought, so I count my blessings!

Watched the worst Hitchcock movie I’ve ever seen on Thursday night, North by Northwest. Awful flick and the only thing Hitchcockian about it was the orchestral music. It was really, really bad. 1 started watching it but gave up after an hour. I held out to the end, nothing better to do.

Last night, SU and I watched Splash, the movie with Tom Hanks and Daryl Hannah (whatever happened to her?). I couldn’t make it through, I was really tired. Didn’t have the same magic for me as it did for SU.

Get to lead the worship tomorrow night, that will be fun. Looking forward to going to church tomorrow and seeing everyone, I didn’t make it Wednesday night.

Oh well, guess I’ll head out to work on the pool a bit. The rain keeps messing up the chemical balance.
