Having a hard

David Jennings · March 9, 2006 · Leave a Comment

time focusing the last couple of days. Took the day off yesterday to chill and get some errands done. Church wasn’t too interesting last night, except that the pastor put forth an interpretation of the 2 creation accounts that was different but supports his theory that the soul was formed first. He thinks that in Gen 1, the account of man’s creation was about the soul. Then, in Gen 2, the creation account is of the physical body. Not the prevailing orthodox view but interesting. Of course, when he said that cremation was ok, I could see Pop cringe from across the room! Not sure why Pop has always been against cremation but he surely is.

Decided to pull the Koni out of the closet and take a roll of slide film Haven’t decided what yet, just that I want to play around a little. Weird, first the computer bug, now the camera bug. I also am going to undertake a small project of digitizing some of my old pics and some of Pops. All after reading through Ken Rockwell’s articles on medium format and scanning. Wonder how long it will hold my attention?
