Is MBC doing God’s work or what?

David Jennings · November 5, 2006 · 1 Comment

Wow, tonight was incredible at MBC. No other way to say it. Forget that I was given the opportunity to harmonize with RSa, that was small stuff. Or the sermon by the pastor about ridding yourself of idols.

No, tonight was a night of triumph for a family, a mother and a wife. For tonight, 5 converts were baptized, in a bold statement that said that they were believers in the Lord Jesus Christ! Incredible, simply incredible.

IMHO, there is nothing quite like an adult that is pulled into the fold by the Holy Spirit. Nothing. With all of the naysayers, the hypocritcal examples laid bare in front of all, the absolute corruption of society – how can an adult see the Truth? Only by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, only with the persuasion of the Holy Spirit!
