nothing to say sometimes, yet my mind is whirling like crazy!
Very, very nice Thanksgiving week. Not sure it could have been better. The weather was just awesome, all the little ones got to run around and bug the big ones, everyone got to see Zeus’s sensitive side and the party went off without a hitch! How cool is that?
I visited a guy in the hospital tonight, the same one I visited at his home last week with Pop. In a weird sort of way, I kind of like visiting people. Definitely have to step WAY outside my personality but it’s like, I don’t know, applying theory to in a practical way. I mean, how many times do I sing and talk about helping those that are hurting? And just keep singing and talking? I finally started to DO something. And I tell you what, this guy was very appreciative. He’s really hurting. It felt good to give him a lift up. I need to keep doing stuff like this.
Work is good, although I’ve been having computer problems lately. It’s funny, I think work is much like sports: in sports, you tend to play to the level of your opponent; in business, you tend to produce to expectations. I find myself griping about stuff that is just so trivial it shouldn’t even be on a radar screen. Yet there it is! Very strange.
I’m baaaaacckkk! Late.
