It’s a shame that

justice cannot be blind, as we were told in grade school. The latest example of that is the indictment that a politically motivated DA was able to get a grand jury to hand out today in the alledged rape case in North Carolina. The DA should be the one indicted; so motivated by re-election that he chooses to ruin the lives of young men just because he can. They should be charged with being white males, as that is the real reason they are being prosecuted.

Or take the case of Tom Delay – whether you like him not, you surely can’t think it is right to have one grand jury that studied the case for months not hand out an indictment, then go to one that just gets the case one day and indicts the next. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
