Sure felt good to

ride the scooter to the plantation this morning. Wasn’t sure that she would crank up it’s been so long but good ‘ol Japanese engineering saved the day. Choked her down, cranked her a few times and Bam!, she went to bellowing out that music to my ears.

The air was cool and crisp on the ride down the coast as the sun was just starting to outline the clouds in the eastern sky. The smells were more like an early spring morning than a mid-summer dawn.

×— (Khet)

3:22 The Lord’s loyal kindness never ceases;

his compassions never end.

3:23 They are fresh every morning;

your faithfulness is abundant!

3:24 “My portion is the Lord,” I have said to myself,

so I will put my hope in him.

(Lamentations)
