lot of things happening in the media right now, aren’t there? As we approach the mid-term elections, you can start to see the puzzle forming a little bit clearer. Looks to me like voters are starting to see the clear difference between the President (and some Repubs) and the Democrats (and some Repubs) on security/terrorism. I suppose the whole brouhaha with the Pope will cause a few people to remember what we are up against. At this point you still have to put your money on the Dems taking control but it is tightening up a bit. Only thing worse than the Repubs in power would be the Dems. I can see the future headlines now if the Dems do indeed take control:
- Rep. Pelosi to have tea with Ahmadinejad to discuss Bush impeachment.
- Sen. Clinton introduces mandatory euthanasia age of 75 bill
- Rep. Wrangle introduces forced abortion of all non-minorities bill
- etc.
What’s up with us allowing this Hitler wannabe Ahmadinejad into our country in the first place. What a friggin’ joke! Don’t we have enough American nut cases to deal with? Dude wants to exterminate all of us infidels, yet we extend our red carpet for him. Guess I’ll never understand politics or politicians.
Did you see where NBC is going to have Madonna on for during the November sweeps, descending from the ceiling on a cross in a faux crucifixion? There are some sicko’s in this world for sure. Think the boss’s at NBC would allow anyone to make fun of ol’ Mohammed? Ha, not if they wanted to keep their head on their shoulders. Literally.
Well, well, look who’s coming to the party after all. Little bit late, but when your health care systems are crumbling under the weight of illegals, you take what you can get. Yep, the honorable Senator from Tennessee, Bill Frist, has decided to attend the party after all. Late but better than never. Check it out here: Senate Reversal
Hmm, what else is going on. Dan Patrick now has a radio station on the air in Dallas. Whether you like him or not, you gotta admit, his is a classic American success story. I can remember listening to his then fledgling station in 1988, before he snagged Rush Limbaugh and made history. After listening to him that long, I can tell you straight up that he worked his arse off to get to where he is. Congrats to him.
Guess that’s enough for now, need to stretch the back a little. It’s better but dang it hurts. Late.
