past and I still have a job. Hey, you never want to take a gig like this for granted! Trust me. Actually had a good session today, training in gas chromatography (or something like that). It’s funny, answering the same questions, have you ever done this before you got here? No, someone else did it and gave me the report(s) to use for analysis. Well, now I get to do both! Isn’t that exciting!
I would never have thought this in a million years, but I miss going to visitation tonight. Weird, yes, I know. Not sure if it is the time with Pop I miss or the actual visitation but I suspect it is a combination of both. I’ve learned to enjoy the brief (as in very) time that we spend in front of the customer (er, visitor). Most seem to really appreciate that I/we took the time to come by.
Got into a bit of trouble with SU last night. Seems I didn’t call upon arrival at the North pole. Well, it was rather late and I didn’t think she would appreciate me waking her. Oh, well, live and learn. Gotta make it up to her, hmm, how? Ah, I got it. Surprise, surprise, surprise! Or, as Gomer would say, surprise, surprise, surprise! Wonder if she’ll figure it out. Late.
