What draws people to

a religion like Islam? I just don’t get it but then I’ve never been one to be totally absorbed by a cause either. These cartoons have rocked the world and it’s really kind of scary. Michell Malkin has posted all 12 of them and has some pretty good posts about the whole affair. Here is the one I like best:

We are not feeling the effects of it here in the US for a variety of reasons, one of which is our freedom to bear arms. Yeah, I truly believe that. Can you imagine these guys going into downtown Vidor with their chanting? There are of course many other reasons (mostly the fact that they are a small minority here compared to Europe and the Middle East) but since I support gun ownership, that’s the one I choose.

What’s really scary is the exploding (no pun intended, seriously) growth of the religion and what that holds for us later. Check out this sign and you’ll see the future:
