You know it’s going to be

an interesting day when your sister-in-law tells you she found a snake in the bathroom. Of your trailer. Upstairs.

I’m not fond of snakes. I hate snakes. I think it’s the whole tricking Eve thing. I see ’em, I kill ’em. In this case, SIL had already determined that the snake was dead. But how did it get into the upstairs bath? Who killed it? It’s like a mystery or something. Very weird. He was just a little guy, about 18″ stretched completely out. Still…

Had a fantastic evening yesterday. Met up with several guys from LST at Taste of Texas for dinner. Very relaxing and very enjoyable. It’s amazing to think how the internet has pulled people from completely different walks of life together, something that could never have happened before. It truly shrinks the world.

I hate snakes too, I get a lot of calls to take care of ’em, but I usually send my guys out. More than likely it died of starvation. Don’t be too worried, it probably didn’t procreate inside your home…lol.

I’ll try to take the time to share some “small world” stories later.

Hey Big Jolly, This is your old buddie PLONKER from the LST. I’m so computer saavy that I just realized that I could get to our fellow LSTer’s bios by clicking in the blue names. ( What an idiot!) Good thing that I’m not as slow in my political, social and spiritual stuff. I shall bookmark your site and visit often. I’ve been trying to read the back dated stories, to see if I ‘get’ you. Stay in touch, Richard. PS I’ve got some comments on the ‘filthy lucre’ money trail for the anti Huckabeeites and about your casual comment here vis a vis Eve’s dealings with the snake.

Adam, I’d bet those stories are great. The girls are having nightmares here. Guess I’ll have to call my exterminator and see what he thinks.

He was just a little guy!

Hey, plonker, thanks for the shout. Good luck on ‘getting me’ as I have yet to figure that out! 😉

Man, the anti-Huckabee guys are all over the place. Scared stiff that people are listening to the message and not the smears.

Another thought about the snake. I found one in my bathroom years ago. A tiny snake, came up the drain. It’s fall, maybe the snake was looking for a dark, warm, cozy spot.
